- Postgraduate in Chemistry and Technology of Natural Organic Substances, at the University "La Sapienza" in Rome.

- Since 2001 at 2015 she has been a Researcher in Commodity Science, at the Faculty of Economics, University "G. D'Annunzio" in Pescara, Italy.

- Since 2015 at present she is an Associate Professor in Commodity Science, at Department of Economic Studies, University "G. D'Annunzio" in Pescara, Italy.

- The main research area of interest concerns:

• the application of the principles of green chemistry at the production systems;
• water management;
• applications of innovative technologies for the removal of pollutants from wastewater;
• food science technology;
• food quality.

- Since 1996 at present she is a teacher of various official courses given at the University "G. D'Annunzio", in Pescara, among which: Environmental Chemistry, Commodity Science, Food Science.
