Invitation letter

To request an invitation letter for VISA or other purposes, email your request to isdrs2018@unime.it with the subject: INVITATION LETTER (and your NAME), including the following required information:

• An attached, scanned, copy of your passport. Where we could see clearly your name, passport number, nationality, and date of expiry.
  
• Your organisation / affiliation.
• Your job title / occupation.
• Full organisation address.
• Full residential address.
• Telephone number (including country and area codes).
• City.
• Country.

Please note:

• We might take up to three (3) working days to issue an invitation letter .
• Any further infromation you will need to be inserted in the invitation letter should be clearly described and motivated.
