ISDRS members receive a discount on the registration. This discount is higher than the fee for a membership. Become a member here: http://isdrs.org/membership-options/

How to register?

THE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE REQUIRES TO SETUP A NEW ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD (DIFFERENT FROM THE EXORDO PLATFORM). PLEASE SAVES BOTH: USE THE EXORDO PLATFORM FOR ABSTRACT/PAPER SUBMISSION/REVISIONS AND THE REGISTRATION PLATFORM FOR PAYMENT.

ISDRS 2018 Participants have to follow these steps in order to complete the registration procedure:

1. Setup your account:

Open the web-page "Setup your account"
Complete the sheet in order to obtain your personal password. All the mandatory fields are marked with a star (*).
Select the registration fee category. Make sure to select the correct category because you cannot change it after the password is generated. ISDRS members must copy-and-paste the "Discount code", when selecting the fee category (you can find this code after you log in to www.isdrs.org). AISME members, UNIME employees, professors or researchers, and SUN members must provide a proof valid at the time of registration. The proof must be sent to isdrs2018@unime.it.
Authors who have made a submission into the ExOrdo system should insert the abstract(s)/paper(s) ID number.
Click on "Obtain your password". You will receive an email containing your personal password.

2. Log in to the ISDRS 2018 Registration platform clicking on "Register now!" at the end of these instructions.

3. STEP 1 - Account details:

Check all your information are correct and click on "Continue".

4. STEP 2 - Registration fee:

Select the registration fee you need. You can decide to attend only the ISDRS 2018 Conference or both the 12th Italian LCA Network Conference (pre-conference event) and the ISDRS 2018 Conference. Note that if you are a student, you must provide a proof valid at the time of registration. The proof can be a statement issued by your university and it must be sent to isdrs2018@unime.it.
Once you selected the registration fee, click on "Continue".

5. STEP 3 - Hotel reservation:

Select whether you are reserving an accommodation.o If you decide to book an accommodation through our system, you must insert the check in and check out date as well as the number of room(s) you need.
Once you selected the accommodation, click on "Continue".

6. STEP - 4 Social events:

Select whether you want to attend the social events (Italian LCA Network Conference dinner, Special cocktail and ISDRS Conference dinner) and sustainability tours. You can find all the information about the sustainability tours at the following link: (link tours del sito (ISDRS 2018).
Once you selected the social events and sustainability tours, click "Continue".

7. STEP 5 - Additional info:

Specify your arrival and departure date.
Specify which events you will attend.
Specify if you have specific diet request and/or any disabilities.
Once you added all the additional info, click on "Continue".

8. STEP 6 - Payment:

Check your "shopping cart". Note that for any changes in your registration, once you have completed your payment, you must contact our back office: isdrs2018@bisazzagangi.it.
You can decide to pay by credit card (PayPal) or bank transfer.
If you want to use the credit card payment, click on "Pay with PayPal". You will be re-directed to the PayPal payment web-page. Note that if you select this payment method, a commission will be applied to the amount to be payed.
If you want to use the bank transfer payment, click on "Pay by bank transfer". You will receive an email containing all the information for paying by bank transfer. Once you made the payment, you must send the bank transfer receipt to isdrs2018@bisazzagangi.it. Note that the bank transfer must be completed within 5 days, otherwise your registration will be automatically deleted.

9. THAT'S IT!

Once our back office will receive the payment, you will receive an email to confirm your registration has been correctly completed.

Deadline for early bird registration (early bird fee) is March 28, 2018
ISDRS members must copy-and-paste the "Discount code", when selecting the fee category (you can find this code after you log in to www.isdrs.org).
AISME members must provide a proof valid at the time of registration. The proof must be sent to isdrs2018@unime.it.
UNIME employees, professors or researchers must provide a proof valid at the time of registration. The proof must be sent to isdrs2018@unime.it.
SUN members must provide a proof valid at the time of registration. The proof must be sent to isdrs2018@unime.it.
Students must provide a proof valid at the time of registration. The proof can be a statement issued by your university and it must be sent to isdrs2018@unime.it.
